How do I enter Lots into an auction?
If you would like us to auction any of your goods on your behalf we take a 15% commission fee and £1 per lot you enter into the auction.

How do I register and get my bidder number?
Registering for the auction is in-house only.
On arrival please attend our reception desk and fill out the registration form.
You will then receive your bidder number and use this for any future auctions you attend.

How do I pay for my items?
You can pay by cash or card during/after the auction each night.
How do I collect?
Once you have paid for your items our team will locate your lots from the floor
and bring them to the door for you to collect.
You must collect and pay for your items within 24 hours of the sale.
Any items not collected by the following day will be resold at the next sale.
What happens if I do not make payment?
Invoices that have not been paid for by the Friday of the same week of the sale will be cancelled. The Lots will be returned to the Seller and you will be permanently banned preventing you from bidding on future auctions.

All items sold by Glasgow auction house are sold on behalf of vendors and we accept no responsibility for any items sold.
Selling items
There is a 15% sellers fee for every lot sold with a min of £1.00 per lot listed.
There is a £1 lotting fee per lot.
Buyers Fee
There is a 20% buyers premium on top of the hammer price per lot please take this into consideration when placing any bid.
All items sold must be collected no later than 24 hours after the sale.
Any items not paid or collected by the following day will be resold at the next sale.
Category listed
All items are sold as seen and with no warranty whatsoever
Any items listed as (new) will be new but may have some slight damage or box damage, Any items sold as job lots or customer returns are untested lots and may have some items that are not working / damaged/ box damaged or parts missing, please do not bid on these items if you are unable to repair. Items listed as spares or repairs are faulty items that would need repaired.
Any items that are marked as (tested) has been tested and confirmed working by one of our staff, however all items are sold as seen with no exceptions
